Salary: $140,000 – $215,000 per year

What you will do

• Join project teams as a security expert and advisor for endpoint sensors, influencing design.
• Create and update threat models to drive security decisions.
• Review and attack endpoint application source code and kernel components for flaws pre-production.
• Collaborate with developers to understand and implement security solutions.
• Build tools and automation to improve team efficiency and validate bug bounty reports.

Requirements

• Experience programming in or assessing security of C/C++ apps for Windows, Linux, or Mac.
• Understanding of system internals and security features for Window, Linux or Mac.
• Comfort with concurrency in multi-threaded applications and security implications of containerization/virtualization.
• Solid understanding of common software weaknesses in endpoint and client/server applications.
• Comfort with collaborating across technical teams.

Nice to have

• C/C++ & Go programming.
• Experience with debuggers like Ghidra, IDA Pro.
• Experience developing/maintaining automation for application security.
• Experience developing and using threat models (STRIDE).
• Application penetration testing, reverse-engineering, or malware analysis experience.
