What you will do

• Develop prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
• Work on exploratory data analysis to navigate datasets and derive broad conclusions.
• Provide optimization recommendations that drive KPIs established by product, marketing, operations, and PR teams.
• Interact with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements in terms of functionality, performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new experimentation methods and statistical techniques to improve product decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Data Science solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of applying machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, time series prediction, and recommendation systems.
• 4+ years of Python experience for machine learning solutions and statistical analysis using libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Experience using SQL for data processing, manipulation, sampling, and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining object-oriented machine learning solutions.
• 1+ year of experience with MLOps including production ML pipelines, Docker, containerization, and orchestration.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud AI and ML services.

Nice to have

• Understanding of CRISP-ML(Q) or TDSP concepts.
