What you will do

• Drive the success of the (Gen)AI program, fostering collaboration between business stakeholders, technology, data teams, and external partners.
• Track progress, surface risks, and maintain momentum on major AI initiatives through clear ownership and timelines.
• Build AI awareness and literacy across the organization by organizing training and workshops.
• Contribute to the creation of governance playbooks and best practices for AI ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize high-value (Gen)AI use cases and develop business cases.
• Coordinate and run pilots of selected use cases using the PVH AI platform, evaluating impact and scalability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, AI delivery, strategy, or project management.
• Strong understanding of GenAI tools and technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership involvement.
• Skilled in both ‘classic’ project management and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of the analytics lifecycle (from ideation to value realization).
• Strong facilitator, capable of aligning stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Experience in the apparel/retail industry or large global organizations.
