What you will do

• Serve as the senior-most data enablement leader for Enabling Functions.
• Orchestrate integrated, value-driven data and AI enablement initiatives.
• Co-develop strategic data and AI enabling strategies and roadmaps.
• Act as key mobilization agent, instilling ownership and accountability for strategic data outcomes.
• Forge strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, aligning data strategy with data enablement execution.
• Identify and close data capability gaps, championing data standards and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, and AI.
• Proven track record of leadership in change enablement within complex, global organizations.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Data, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Deep affinity for technology, data, analytics, and AI, with a relentless drive for business transformation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strategic, analytical, and visionary thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
