What you will do

• Develop, communicate, and execute the operational excellence vision and strategy across the organization.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner and Chief of Staff to the COO, supporting prioritization and decision-making.
• Own and lead the operational excellence portfolio, delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, embedding project management and delivery management best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Lead change management efforts across the organization, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, track progress, and provide clear insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering organization-wide transformation in tech scale-ups.
• Experience in at least one regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance); healthcare or healthtech experience is a strong plus.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with deep expertise in process optimization, quality management, and change leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage senior stakeholders.
• High proficiency with data analytics tools and methodologies.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP).
• GxP knowledge or certifications.
