What you will do

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Handle tenant configurations, licensing, and compliance settings.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (High-Level/Low-Level design, SOPs).
• Provide 3rd/4th level support and liaise with vendors for problem resolution.
• Ensure adherence to internal security, governance, and data protection standards.
• Integrate M365 with third-party applications and on-premises systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Skilled in using Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and understanding hybrid identity models.
• Proficient with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong level of PowerShell scripting expertise.
• Comfortable working in an an English environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Security & Compliance Center.
