What you will do
- Manage day-to-day license operations, including creating new licenses, extending existing ones, and activating trial licenses.
- Execute license changes and conversions as part of customer migrations.
- Collaborate closely with the Infrastructure team to align technical and process-related licensing requirements.
- Advise the Sales team on license models, conditions, and available options.
- Act as a direct point of contact for customers on all license-related topics.
- Analyze, optimize, and partially automate existing license processes.
- Provide functional support for the introduction and implementation of a new ticketing system from a licensing perspective.
Requirements
- Professional experience in license management or a comparable operational or systems-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, MS Office, and Zendesk.
- A strong affinity for process optimization and process automation.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and service-driven way of working.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
