Working Student (Fiscalisation): Supporting projects at the intersection of business, technical, and regulatory topics in an international environment with an accent on structured analyses and effective stakeholder collaboration. Focus on navigating complex subjects and moving initiatives forward by connecting people across disciplines and asking the right questions.

Location: Düsseldorf - Homebased. Also up to 30 days working from abroad of Germany in specific countries.

Salary: 14,00 – 15,00€ / h

What you will do

• Support case work and project management activities, including preparation and follow ups.
• Assist in stakeholder management, aligning business, technical, and legal perspectives.
• Read, analyze, and summarize protocols, log files, and technical data.
• Support work on fiscalisation and compliance driven topics.
• Maintain documentation and task tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage AI-based tools to support analysis and structure of information.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Law, or Business Informatics, or a similar discipline.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders.
• Interest in technical topics and legal texts, without hesitation towards complexity.
• Fluency in German and English and confidence in working in an international, multilingual environment (Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or French are beneficial).
• Good experience with MS Office and Jira / Confluence.
