What you will do

• Take responsibility for driving ‘best in class’ standards for how payments are processed and partner with banks to bring value to end users.
• Define product goals & OKRs within the Transactions space, regularly measuring and communicating to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across UX, Tech, Operations, Brand, and Banking to define the product roadmap and prioritize features.
• Work as part of an Agile sprint team to deliver value early and often.
• Drive improvements to how we successfully build better products at scale, leading by example in product operations across the function.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and own a clear product strategy for your tribe to achieve defined goals.

Requirements

• An expertise in payments and reconciliations within a banking/financial services environment.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, up to senior management/C-suite level.
• Deep understanding of the Agile product development lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude to learning.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate feedback and analysis into actionable opportunities.
• A user-centric mindset, anticipating client needs, and finding simple solutions to complex problems.
