Location: Remote in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, or New Mexico

What you will do
- Stay current with Solutions Engineering methodologies and security landscape developments, applying expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure alignment between technical and sales objectives.
- Act as a bridge between customer requirements and technical capabilities, fostering clear and effective communication.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and guiding proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Provide clear, concise, and compelling explanations of product capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFP/RFI) and represent the organization at industry events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical support roles in privileged access management (PAM), identity security, or similar enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of experience working with global software vendors.
- Expertise in presenting technical solutions and differentiating products against competitors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, and Hyper-V.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting at trade shows or conferences.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and environments.
- Experience with solutions or similar technologies.
