Fullstack Software Engineer, International Growth (AI)

Salary: $255,000–$405,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive international growth through product ideation, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend for onboarding, access flows, and new growth loops.
• Design and deploy APIs and services to power localized experiences, experimentation, and account flows.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data science, and research teams to ship impactful improvements.
• Improve global readiness by building systems for localization, market configuration, latency/perf, and payments.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals (modern web frameworks, backend services, databases).
• Experience shipping growth-focused web features (landing pages, onboarding flows, subscriptions, purchase flows).
• Highly analytical with experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
• Ability to understand or learn global product challenges including localization, country-specific UX, and compliance.
• Learn fast, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines.
• Comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity, bringing structure when needed.
