We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS as a core product within Tesonet Group, defining a new generation of marketing analytics.

What you will do

• Design and develop backend systems and solutions with scalability in mind.
• Take ownership of core services for a greenfield, AI-powered product, from initial design to production.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code that delivers real business value.
• Own the full development lifecycle: research, prototyping, implementation, and deployment.
• Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project.
• Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices, optimizing them for performance and stability.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in PHP, including frameworks like Symfony.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimized query writing and debugging.
• Understanding of automated testing principles.
• Experience with or strong interest in real-time data processing and event streaming.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Kafka, MySQL, Gitlab CI, and Redis.
• Willingness to learn Golang.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React).
