Backend Engineer (Golang): Building and optimizing a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS platform with an accent on core architecture, real-time data processing, ML modeling, and large-scale distributed systems. Focus on developing scalable microservices, owning the entire development cycle from research to deployment, and contributing to technical decision-making in an early-stage project.
Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: Monthly gross salary is 4500 - 7200 eur/month

is building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS from scratch as a core product, defining a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.
What you will do
- Develop and optimize scalable systems and solutions.
- Write clean, tested, and documented code that delivers business value.
- Own the entire development cycle, from research and prototyping to deployment.
- Deliver and review technical design, code, and documentation.
- Contribute to technical decision-making in a fast-growing project.
- Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices for performance and stability.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge in Golang.
- Experience or interest in PHP, NodeJS, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimized queries and debugging.
- Familiarity with automated tests.
- Knowledge or interest in real-time data processing and event streaming.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, Gitlab CI, Redis.
- Any experience with DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, automation).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React).
- Understanding of how web scraping works.
