What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional SAP Supply Chain consultant teams.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation and support of the enterprise SAP CoE, ensuring robust system integration.
- Drive the design and implementation of scalable logistics models, business rules, and data quality standards.
- Champion engineering SAP best practices across the team including code quality, testing, and observability.
- Partner with Product Managers and SAP teams to align engineering execution with business goals.
- Project manage SAP delivery, including timelines, team supervision, and executive reviews.
- Define and track KPIs for team performance and SAP platform health.
- Actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and professional development of SAP engineering talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain roles, including 5+ years in SAP engineering leadership.
- Proven track record in delivering and managing SAP Supply Chain solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SD/MM, STO Processes, and procurement.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, with knowledge of SAP Private/Public cloud solutions being a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
