TL;DR

Support Engineer: Helping customers integrate hirify.global's code quality and security solutions across their development pipeline with an accent on technical integration with developer IDEs, ALMs, and CI chains. Focus on driving technical issues to resolution, advocating best practices, and gathering customer feedback for product evolution.

Location: Hybrid in Geneva, Switzerland (minimum three days a week in the office - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday).

hirify.global is a product company that helps developers prevent code quality and security issues in production by providing solutions that analyze code across over 30 programming languages.

What you will do

  • Help customers integrate hirify.global solutions across their development pipeline (IDEs, ALMs, CI, SCM, build, test, business applications).
  • Drive technical issues to resolution through in-depth investigation and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to enhance customer experience and value.
  • Listen, challenge, and refine customer feedback to inform product teams and shape evolutions.
  • Contribute to enhancing the team's way of working.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and delivering high-quality software, with strong software engineering best practices.
  • 2+ years experience using or administrating a DevOps pipeline (SCM like Git/SVN, IDEs like Visual Studio/IntelliJ, CI like Jenkins/Azure DevOps/BitBucket/GitLab).
  • Working knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms (Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong investigation skills to understand and reproduce problems.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent English, verbal/written communication skills required.
  • Hybrid work in Geneva, Switzerland, required (minimum three days a week in the office - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday).
  • Not supporting visa candidates in the US.
