What you will do

• Develop leads, build new client relationships, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospects.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process to bring new clients on board.
• Collaborate with the Vega IT team to formulate and execute successful business development strategies.
• Understand the competitive landscape and client needs to effectively position Vega IT services.
• Represent Vega IT at conferences, user events, and industry forums.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development & sales experience with a successful track record in the IT industry.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed Business Development and Sales goals.
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level (both written and spoken).
• Ability to develop and maintain new relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
• Must be based in Belgrade or Novi Sad.
• Ability to travel to business events.
