Location: Hybrid in Lausanne, Switzerland

hirify.global is a global consumer brand focused on driving online sales growth for its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel.

What you will do

  • Execute product roadmaps and coordinate with internal and external partners.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors, ensuring production timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead global launch projects for new products, aligning all internal stakeholders on timelines.
  • Oversee the operational lifecycle of the product assortment from setup to end-of-life.
  • Collaborate with demand planning to monitor stock levels and alert to potential inventory risks.

Requirements

  • Available to work part-time whilst continuing studies
  • Fluent in English
  • Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce and consumer marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
