Location: Remote, must be based in Argentina

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Data Engineering) to plan and build product capabilities.
  • Champion technical standards while balancing business strategies and requirements.
  • Build, document, and test production code that impacts all hirify.global customers.
  • Participate in all engineering activities including incident response, interviewing, designing, and reviewing technical specifications.
  • Lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization's deliverables.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire engineers of various levels.

Requirements

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of experience shipping features and products, with a focus on web frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of data design and modeling.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, React, TypeScript, framework development, and design systems.
  • Comfortable debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
  • Ability to consistently communicate trade-offs throughout a project to meet technical and business requirements.
