What you will do

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers within an agile cross-functional team.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and processes to support innovation and productivity for effective product delivery.
• Help shape and evolve the company's agile practices, adapting principles pragmatically to context.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Support the team in driving innovation from within, encouraging experimentation and learning.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in facilitating agile teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to empower teams to self-organize.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments and facilitate productive conflict resolution.
• Experience in supporting teams that drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Empathy and understanding for the challenges faced by various team members.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification or agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.).
