What you will do

• Lead a team of data engineers to build and maintain world-class data and dashboarding infrastructure for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement data instrumentation, validation, and ensure high data quality and consistency.
• Optimize data pipelines and aggregations for efficiency and business insights, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Own the foundation for experimentation (AB testing) and segmentation.
• Build and maintain tooling for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models.
• Identify and implement opportunities for using (generative) AI and ensure data governance compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics engineering with regular business stakeholder interaction.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency with big data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Experience productizing and maintaining data science/ML in production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and C++, with deep familiarity with software development best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.
