What you will do

• Run specialized production projects (video, motion, 3D, AR) from brief to delivery.
• Partner with internal Creative Leads, DOPs, editors, and scriptwriters.
• Coordinate global shoots and manage external vendors.
• Support the integration of AI-powered tools for scripting, storyboarding, and post-production.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, licensing, and deliverables across channels.
• Continuously optimize production processes and identify scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative production (agency, in-house, or production company).
• Strong experience managing video shoots, post-production, and digital-first content.
• Comfort working in global, remote, and asynchronous environments.
• A strong pulse on AI, AR, and emerging creative tools.
• Proven experience managing external vendors, production budgets, and contracts.
• Flexibility to work with different time zones and occasional irregular schedules.
