What you will do

• Create evergreen cultural content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts using a phone-first, organic style.
• Own post-production tasks including sound design, color correction, captions, and motion graphics using hirify.global and other tools.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging memes, viral sounds, and trends.
• Leverage hirify.global’s AI and editing hacks to deliver high-quality content at speed.
• Collaborate with social and design teams to maintain consistent tone and look across content.
• Capture, stitch, and remix content for community engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating and editing short-form content for social media with a proven ability to create high-performing content.
• Fluent in framing, pacing, and storytelling.
• A creative eye and experience in sound design, captioning, and delivering edits.
• Deep understanding of platform behaviors and social culture and stays ahead of trends.
• Comfortable testing and evolving creative ideas.
• Communicate fluently in English.

• On-set experience capturing BTS content.
