TL;DR
Junior Producer (Video Production): Contributing to the development and execution of YouTube, social, and branded content across the Brand, Marketing & Content team with an accent on full production pipeline management and content delivery. Focus on coordinating talent, crew, and locations, shooting footage, and collaborating with editors to bring engaging content to life.
Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and available to work onsite at our Utrecht facility at least three days per week.

hirify.global is seeking a Junior Producer to contribute to the development and execution of YouTube, social, and branded content.
What you will do
- Contribute to creative development and pre-production planning (scheduling, logistics).
- Coordinate talent, crew, locations, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in studio, field, and remote productions, including shooting footage (B-cam, pickups).
- Ingest, organize, label, and prep footage for post-production.
- Work closely with editors to ensure creative direction and timely delivery.
- Track project-related spend and submit receipts.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in producing or associate producing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of the full content pipeline (development, prep, production, post, publish).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and moving pieces simultaneously.
- Basic camera, lighting, and audio knowledge for simple shoots.
- Availability for onsite work at our Utrecht facility and offsite shoots.
Nice to have
- Experience directing or coordinating talent.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Advanced camera and lighting skills.
- Knowledge of esports culture and digital content formats.
- Experience with remote production workflows (OBS, remote capture setups).
