What you will do

• Create short videos for TikTok and Instagram reels about hirify.global, web and graphic design culture, and digital technologies.
• Develop narrative formats, explainers, opinions, and deep dives.
• Develop video ideas from concept and script to the final edit.
• Collaborate with the social media team on content planning, cross-posting, and campaigns.
• Publish at least 3 TikToks per week and iterate based on performance.
• Stay up to date with TikTok formats, editing styles, and best practices.

Requirements

• Background in design, visual communication, or related fields.
• Proficiency with shooting and editing short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to develop a clear narrative and point of view in video.
• A deep understanding of TikTok formats, features, and what works natively on the platform.
• Comfort being in front of the camera and regular experience self-recording.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global.
• Previous experience running your own TikTok or similar content channel.
