What you will do

• Lead and coordinate clinical safety and risk management for our pathology LIMS.
• Conduct and facilitate clinical risk assessments on product changes and customer issues.
• Manage clinical safety documentation — from hazard logs to safety case reports.
• Work closely with UK-based Clinical Safety Officers and internal teams to maintain compliance.
• Deliver training and guidance on clinical safety best practice.
• Support investigations into clinical safety issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in a pathology clinical setting and/or working with pathology LIMS.
• Clinical risk management training (or a willingness to complete it).
• Strong understanding of health informatics standards and ethics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Great organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• A strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering timely, accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical safety or risk assessment roles.
• A healthcare-related qualification.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
