Location: This role is based in-person at our office in sunny Brisbane, Australia.

What you will do

• Discover and define problems through user interviews, testing, and data.
• Design intuitive, user-centred experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Map journeys, sketch flows, prototype ideas, and evolve them into polished solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define and deliver features.
• Advocate for the user and bring research insights into product strategy.
• Help evolve the design system with consistency and scalability in mind.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience working as a product designer, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• A portfolio with case studies that show your thinking, not just outcomes.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong capability in interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture.
• An eye for detail, taking pride in the craft and polish of your work.

Nice to have

• Experience working on or designing tools for research or design teams.
