What you will do
- Proactively source candidates in Mexico and the United States using various platforms.
- Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls in English (and Spanish as needed).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication ability, and cultural alignment.
- Track candidate activity and pipeline progress accurately in the ATS.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting and/or candidate sourcing.
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles.
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
- Ability to conduct structured candidate screens and assess role fit.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written).
