What you will do

• Proactively source candidates in Mexico and the United States using various platforms.
• Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls in English (and Spanish as needed).
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication ability, and cultural alignment.
• Track candidate activity and pipeline progress accurately in the ATS.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting and/or candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Ability to conduct structured candidate screens and assess role fit.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written).
