What you will do

  • Deliver change management consulting engagements.
  • Contribute to business development by spotting new consulting opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
  • Support team growth by guiding and empowering team members.
  • Craft creative change management propositions that cater to clients' needs.
  • Upgrade your own skills through continuous learning and sharing insights.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an organizational change management consultant.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations.
  • Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, Informatica.
  • Dynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teams.
  • Skilled in business development and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
  • Change Management Certified Professional e.g. PROSCI or ACMP.
  • Deep understanding of the latest organizational change management trends.
  • Strong affinity with (digital) technology.
