Location: Hybrid work model (2 days working from home) in Athens, Greece. Must be EU/EFTA citizens, holders of a Cyprus work permit, or foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy advanced automation using Jira REST API, Python, and Crons.
• Administer and optimize the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence), focusing on workflows, permissions, and security.
• Convert business processes into structured, automated Jira projects in collaboration with process teams.
• Integrate Jira with external data sources and reporting tools.
• Provide expert support and training on Atlassian usage and automation.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Software Developer or equivalent focused on scripting/applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira/Atlassian products.
• Expertise in Jira REST API and Python for automation.
• Strong knowledge of Jira customizations (workflows, schemes, permissions).
• Experience with Linux System Administration and managing Atlassian on Linux.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITSM/ESM practices.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
