What you will do

• Lead, manage, and track the team’s deliverables through regular cadence, progress reports, and performance reviews.
• Orchestrate and monitor cloud projects and solutions, ensuring alignment with the AWS/Azure Well-Architected Framework and best practices.
• Consult on re-platforming and refactoring initiatives to modernize current cloud infrastructure according to company standards.
• Assist team members in developing their technical skills and knowledge to ensure continuous professional growth.
• Drive and oversee requests for new technologies, services, and solutions from internal customers, ensuring timely evaluation and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to company deployment standards, security guidelines, and operational excellence pillars across all cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud services, with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud environments.
• Experience in leading/mentoring technical teams, fostering collaboration, performance, and professional growth.
• Demonstrated success in solution design and deployment projects, with a strong understanding of architectural best practices.
• Deep familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and its application across all technical solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools, preferably HCL Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.

Nice to have

• Experience in Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience in RDBMSs, preferably Postgres and MySQL.
• Advanced networking and scripting skills.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Go.
