What you will do

• Develop and execute Expert Network topology strategy, including site selection, workforce sourcing, and labor allocation.
• Analyze global labor markets to identify optimal geographic locations for future investments and workforce optimization.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, operational performance assessments, and workforce modeling for efficient operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to design workforce strategies balancing cost, flexibility, customer experience, and productivity.
• Evaluate various labor models (onshore, offshore, nearshore) and align them with organizational objectives.
• Build predictive models and apply advanced analytics to enable intelligence-driven decisions for long-term workforce planning.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in data science, workforce planning, or operational strategy, preferably within call center or service environments.
• Proven hands-on experience in data science, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
• Ability to identify opportunities, design solutions, and connect complex systems for workforce challenges.
• Advanced understanding of labor market trends, global workforce dynamics, and workforce optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, SQL, R, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
