Location: Onsite in Krakow, Poland
Salary: zł 240,000 - 330,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the full partner recruitment cycle, from initial market research to signing new partners and guiding them to their first revenue.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential companies that would be an ideal fit for the partner program.
- Establish and develop relationships with potential partners, using a commercial teaching approach to discuss joint opportunities and create a clear go-to-market strategy.
- Drive the activation motion for new partners within a 12-month window, ensuring they are set up for success and are actively generating revenue.
- Serve as the primary liaison between new partners and internal teams, engaging key stakeholders to ensure partner needs are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance and develop processes related to partner acquisition and growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to conduct business in the DACH region.
- 5+ years of experience in solution channel sales and/or partner management, with a proven track record of ownership over territory and account management.
- Demonstrated experience with self-generation of a pipeline from discovery through to close.
- A proven ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems using strategic thinking.
- A track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals.
- Strong business acumen, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
