Location: Expected to comply with the firm’s current workplace model, which includes spending at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office in New York City or Atlanta, Georgia.

Salary: $116,000–$191,000/year

What you will do

• Own and manage the IBOR Data Domain for critical investment data (Positions, Transactions, Valuations).
• Define and prioritize data product roadmaps in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Apply business and logical data modeling techniques for data domain optimization.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting, with Snowflake expertise a plus.
• Lead data governance, defining policies, standards, CDEs, and data quality rules.
• Engage with stakeholders across investment management, technology, and compliance.
• Prepare and present roadmaps and status updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience with investment data, including 10+ years as a Data Product Owner or similar.
• Strong knowledge of investment management concepts, products, and workflows.
• Proficiency in business and logical data modeling.
• Solid SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in data governance practices and policy development.
• Proven ability to identify critical data elements and implement data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
