Senior Design Manager (Supply)

Salary: $185,000–$236,000 annually.

• Own the design vision for partner experiences in the Supply domain.
• Shape product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of product designers, supporting their career development.
• Drive excellence in UX and visual quality across partner tools and experiences.
• Champion discovery, research, and data-informed design decisions.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and influence across various teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product/UX design, including designing complex multi-surface products.
• 3+ years of experience managing product designers, with responsibility for career development.
• Proven ability to lead product and design vision, setting strategy for multiple teams.
• Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, visual/UI craft, and design systems.
• Demonstrated experience using qualitative and quantitative research and data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces, bringing structure and clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for supply-side experiences in marketplaces or B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Jobs To Be Done or service design.
• Experience in the food, restaurant, catering, or delivery industries.
