Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong IT skills and technical aptitude to use multiple technical platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work within specified shifts, including Saturdays.
