What you will do
- Define and execute the roadmap for the internal AI Copilot, moving it to a mission-critical tool for sales teams.
- Design how the tool joins data from CRM, internal data lakes, and external intelligence to provide actionable insights.
- Act as the translator between engineers and end-users to ensure the product solves real-world sales friction.
- Transform complex AI outputs into a seamless, intuitive experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within an AI-first startup or a high-growth environment where you’ve built and scaled AI-driven products.
- A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and how Generative AI interacts with structured CRM data. Familiarity with RAG frameworks and the challenges of data grounding is a must.
- Experience building internal tools or Salesforce integrations.
