What you will do

• Lead and grow an engineering team working at the intersection of security, AI, and product innovation.
• Partner with product managers, security experts, and AI researchers to design and deliver AI Agents (LLM-powered).
• Guide the team in building production-ready systems combining hirify.global’s security platform with GenAI models, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Coach, mentor, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture to help engineers grow their careers.
• Own the delivery of critical product initiatives, ensuring technical excellence, reliability, and alignment with security standards.
• Participate in hands-on work including code reviews, design reviews, and some coding.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• 1+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ software engineers and shipping impactful products.
• Knowledgeable about LLM technologies (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agents) and their application in production-grade systems.
• Comfortable with backend or full-stack development in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Passion for building teams and culture as much as building systems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of how security analysts investigate threats and alerts (security background is a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Contributions to AI/ML infrastructure or applied GenAI products.
• Experience scaling products in a high-growth SaaS environment.
