TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Executive (Digital Products): Helping clients achieve business goals and maximize satisfaction with our platform, with an accent on driving product adoption and building long-term relationships. Focus on resolving technical issues, identifying client needs, and collaborating with product development for roadmap improvements.

Location: Based in our Amsterdam, NL Office, with in-person work required three days a week or more.

What you will do

  • Lead client onboarding and provide ongoing training and support for the platform.
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials, including how-to guides and a knowledge base.
  • Communicate daily with customers to resolve technical issues and provide support.
  • Build strong relationships with premium clients and agencies, proactively identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to enhance offerings and utilization strategies.
  • Track key metrics, analyze data, and report on client usage and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, service, account management, or systems support.
  • Excellent English language skills – both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Experience with backend CMS and database systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong affinity for digital products and services, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
