What you will do

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based systems (GCP), treating operations as a software problem.
• Design and implement intelligent observability pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, moving beyond static thresholds to anomaly detection.
• Develop complex automation for repetitive tasks using Terraform (IaC) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Argo/Flux CD), leveraging AI coding assistants to speed up script generation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment maturity, serving as a consultant on how to build "cloud-native" applications.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring they are secure, cost-effective, and auto-scaling efficiently.
• Participate in on-call rotations, focusing on "Blameless Post-Mortems" and permanently fixing the root cause.

Requirements

• Professional English is mandatory
• Strong experience with GCP (or AWS/Azure) and a deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Proficient in Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and eager to use AI tools to automate scripting.
• Comfortable writing code in Go, Python, or Java to glue systems together or build internal tools.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Linux internals.
