What you will do

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the Turkish market.
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure value creation.
• Balance and grow a large base of clients with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth.
• Stay updated on entertainment trends to serve as a local expert.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of consulting or equivalent experience, plus 4+ years in relevant sectors.
• Strong business development and partnership management skills.
• Self-starter mentality suitable for a dynamic start-up environment.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort in working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM software (Sugar CRM preferred).
• Knowledge of the city’s entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends.
