What you will do

• Lead and enable the Solutions Engineering team in pre-sales techniques and sales process adherence.
• Collaborate with Sales management to drive revenue and optimize SE/AE partnerships.
• Conduct technical and soft skills coaching for the Solutions Engineering team, including performance reviews.
• Support sales and CSM teams in customer opportunities, ensuring high success rates and product adoption.
• Act as a technical leader for the business, participating in discovery, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Partner with Channel partners to scale the business through enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on/customer-facing experience in cloud security, network security, incident detection and response, or application security.
• Proven experience working with Distributors and Resellers to enable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset for data research, workflow design, and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage competing demands effectively.
• Experience in prioritizing and planning team activities, setting goals, and developing action plans.
