What you will do

• Develop and maintain back-end systems in Python, using FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Design and automate workflows that process documents, handle emails, and interact with APIs.
• Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of services.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient.
• Design and implement dashboards, chat experiences, and tools for teams and clients.
• Collaborate on ML pipelines or intelligent systems.

Requirements

• Based in Madrid - remote work is fine, but the company values office presence.
• Experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Pandas) and JavaScript (ReactJS or similar frameworks).
• Experience with deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
• Passionate about experimenting with AI-powered developer tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools like MCP, Langchain, CrewAI, n8n, or similar agent/workflow frameworks.
• Deep understanding of data security and privacy.
