Location: New York City, 5 days per week on-site

Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 + share options

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of US trademark applications and responses to office actions.
• Advise clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps for trademark matters.
• Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. trademark applications and handle related enforcement.
• Conduct trademark searches, provide risk assessments, and draft legal agreements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to shape hirify.global’s AI platform, LawyerOS, for trademark matters.
• Advise on edge cases, risk scenarios, regulatory considerations, and participate in user testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in US Trademark Law.
• Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Successful track record of prosecuting a significant number of trademarks.
• Strong interest in AI and its application in the legal system.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
