Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Supporting end-to-end programme delivery, coordination of activities, and cross-functional collaboration with an accent on tracking and managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Focus on establishing and running programme governance meetings and senior stakeholder management.

Location: Hybrid (Gaydon). Must have immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time, and travel within, the UK.

Salary: £33.80–£34.80 per hour

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end programme delivery plan, ensuring milestones are met.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager to coordinate activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where needed.
• Support the establishment and running of programme governance meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, within transformation or system integration programmes.
• Strong delivery mindset with ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with organisation design, change management, and CEX strategy.
• Proficiency in project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, digital, or customer experience domains.
