What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive Information Security Awareness Program (training, workshops, campaigns, events).
• Develop strategies to increase security awareness and promote best practices.
• Plan and execute year-round security awareness campaigns to foster a security-conscious culture.
• Create and maintain a library of security awareness materials, including presentations, newsletters, and videos.
• Conduct test phishing attacks, prepare reports, and implement measures to combat phishing.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on evolving threats and risks.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design, develop, implement, and monitor security awareness training programs delivered through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Solid understanding of core information security concepts and familiarity with security in modern workplace environments.
• Ability to map awareness topics to policy and control requirements and design structured security awareness curricula.
• Hands-on experience with Phishing Simulation platforms.
• Ability to define and track key awareness KPIs, interpret results, and derive actionable insights.
• Fluency in English language required.
• Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus, or willing to relocate there.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA, and SOC 2.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
