What you will do

• Draft a post plan and create content based on product team information for Discord, Instagram, Facebook, OK, and VK.
• Coordinate with the Art department to create content elements.
• Inform users about issues and solutions, and timely inform the product team about user issues.
• Post content and respond to valuable comments.
• Send messages to users as assigned by the product team.
• Maintain communications with valuable users.

Requirements

• Experience working with large English-speaking communities for at least 2 years.
• English language proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
• Ability to create content and experience working with graphic editors.
• Knowledge of major social networks and trends in SMM.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to quickly respond to changes in the field of SMM.
