What you will do
- Develop and execute holistic digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
- Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize the marketing funnel (CRO) through data analysis, landing page optimization, and targeted campaigns.
- Plan and execute segmented email marketing campaigns, utilizing A/B testing for optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics across all channels, create actionable reports for leadership, and coordinate with creative and development teams.
Requirements
- English: C1+ speaker with an in-depth understanding of the U.S. B2B tech market.
- Proven hands-on experience in PPC (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), paid media, VSL, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with expertise in Google Analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI calculation.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive research.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at working autonomously in a remote, freelance/hourly structure.
