Senior Fullstack Engineer (React, NestJS)

What you will do

• Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle (design, implement, test, QA, deploy, maintain new and existing features).
• Contribute to product improvement by collaborating as a sparring partner to product managers.
• Make architecture decisions as a key member of an engineering team.
• Participate in discussions on how to maintain and improve micro-service architecture.
• Work closely with other engineers to identify and mitigate tech debt.
• Drive technical innovation, including upscaling applications for large data processing, developing data pipelines, and integrating AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in product development (React, Redux, NestJS, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to write well-structured and high-quality code that is easily maintainable.
• Curiosity about new technologies including AI, and ideally experience using AI to make the development process more efficient.
• Passion for ClimateTech and a strong commitment to fighting climate change.
• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills (C1).
