What you will do

• Bring finance operations to the next level of maturity, focusing on improved reporting and increased efficiency.
• Own and lead the entire Finance function, including Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, and Finance Operations.
• Develop, lead, and grow a high-performing finance team, coordinating with external partners across multiple entities.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to the executive team, translating business strategy into financial plans and KPIs.
• Own cash flow management, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Establish and continuously optimize finance operations, processes, and systems to support scalability and transparency.

Requirements

• Extensive finance operations experience across accounting, controlling, FP&A, or audit, with leadership experience in a B2B SaaS or tech scale-up.
• Strong foundation in accounting (HGB) combined with strategic and commercial thinking.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end finance functions and building scalable finance operations.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive into details while maintaining a high-level perspective.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and revenue recognition.
• Experience leading audits and working with external advisors and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business-fluent in both English and German required.
