What you will do

• Build and optimize web funnels for several client projects (structure, logic, segmentation, paywall setup).
• Conduct funnel audits and identify conversion leaks or drop-off points.
• Design and run A/B tests with clear hypotheses and measurable goals.
• Analyze funnel performance using Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Work closely with UA and Creative teams to align funnels with traffic quality and messaging.
• Present weekly insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• You have hands-on experience growing subscription-based B2C mobile apps.
• You understand how monetization really works, including paywalls, pricing, and unit economics.
• You are confident planning, running, and interpreting A/B tests and using results to drive decisions.
• You can turn data into clear insights and explain them in a simple, practical way.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple initiatives at the same time.

Nice to have

• Experience with web2web / web2app funnels or DTC landing pages.
• Understanding of paid channels (Meta, TikTok) and how they impact funnel performance.
• Familiarity with attribution, event tracking, and web-to-app flows.
